Our team, under the leadership of our food innovator, Navin Karu have taken elements from their heritage, travels and favourite food memories to craft dishes that are comfortingly familiar yet excitingly adventurous.
We showcase local produce and our ‘farm-to-table’ process with greens coming from Cameron Highland, seafood from Kuala Selangor and Sabah and our meat air flown from New Zealand and Australia.
Our chefs take pride in our ‘scratch kitchen’ concept preparing almost everything in-house, from stocks, sauces to smoking our own meat.
